All numbers in AutoPilot are, by default, shown in the thousands.
In the example below, it states that the remaining fee is 53. However, the actual remianing fee is £52,848.51. To minimize ‘noise’ in the interface, AutoPilot will, by default, show numbers to the nearest whole thousand number. To see the actual amount, you can hover your mouse over the number, as shown in the example.
Changing the size of number
You can always change the size of numbers that are shown in AutoPilot. This is especially useful for practices that work with smaller budgets, that want a more precise overview of their finances. You can alter the amounts to be shown in billions, millions, thousands, hundreds, tens, and ones.
If you, for instance, choose to illustrate amounts in ones, you will see the precise number in the column. The example above will then show the remaining fee as 52,848.51.
You can change the size of large numbers in Configuration > Misc. 2 > Large numbers > choose the size in the drop down menu, as shown in the picture below.
Remember to close your AutoPilot for the change to be active.
