Expenses and notes

You can easily attach notes and expenses directly to hour registrations.


Employees can always attach notes to any hour registation to specify what they spent their hours doing. However, the notes can also be made mandatory on chosen registrations, so that employees are unable to submit their timesheet, without a note.


Expenses are also attached directly to hour registrations. The expenses are pre-defined by the administration. Employees choose the pre-defined expenses from a dropdown menu and fill out the required information.
